I was very fortunate to grow up in a family surrounded with Antiques and Jewellery.
The elder son of a watch and jewellery store owner, the fascination and beauty of that world captivated me.
After seven years as a successful professional pop singer, I entered the jewellery business to fulfil my dream of the future.
Throughout my youth, my parents taught me how to appreciate fine Jewellery and Antiques. I was deeply impressed with European antiques.
I have built my own world in the jewellery business with the hope that my creations will be everlasting and that future generations will cherish them as I have.

Mitsuo Kaji’s Profile

Under the theme “Unity of Antique and Modern”, he introduced emaux(enamelled jewellery ). This earned him a great reputation throuout the Japanese jewellery world.
The “World Heritage Jewellery” collection in cooperation with The UNESCO Association of Japan was a magnificent line of jewellery capturing world heritage sites from many countries.
He is now producing “The Best Collection” series which uses only the highest quality gemstones, equal to none. Mitsuo Kaji is now one of Japan’s top jewellery artists with a strong following.
His vision is to create fine jewellery that will transcend time.
